If you have a matching profile, please send me the updated resume along with contact details at the earliest. *Position:- Salesforce Sales/Services Cloud Admin/Developer* *Location:- Chicago, IL* *Duration:- 6+ Month* *Interview:- Phone + Face To Face (Expenses **would be paid by client)* *Position:- 1* *Salesforce Sales Cloud Admin/Developer* *Qualifications:* + 7+ years of successful IT experience and at minimum 3 years extensive experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce.com environments + Extensive background in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce.com in the lead management, account/contact management, and opportunity management process area(s) + Must be Salesforce admin certified + Proven implementation experience on Sales Cloud with specific experience on process builder, contracts, assets, and order management a plus + Deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and functionality + Keen attention to detail and proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment + Energy and desire to thrive in a fast-paced organization + Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills + Knowledge and/or hands on experience with data quality, data integration, marketing automation, document generation, and e-signature solutions considered a plus + A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field *Position:- 2* *Salesforce Service Cloud Admin/Developer* *Qualifications:* + 7+ years of successful IT experience and at minimum 3 years extensive experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce.com environments + Must be Salesforce Service Cloud certified + Proven implementation experience on Service Cloud with specific experience on Service Console, Email to Case, CTI, Live Agent, Entitlements, and Assets + Thorough understanding on Knowledge Management and Communities is strongly preferred + Ability to build proof of concepts and prototypes as part of conference room pilots + Keen attention to detail and proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment + Energy and desire to thrive in a fast-paced organization + Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills + A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field Thanks & Regards..
