Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: - 10+ years of experience with object-oriented programming, including a majority of experience with Microsoft .NET and C#. - Significant experience with designing and developing both ASP.NET MVC and Web Forms applications. - Significant experience with typical client-side web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery. - Significant experience with designing and developing web services using WCF, preferably including both SOAP and RESTful varieties. - Experience with ORM frameworks, preferably including Entity Framework and use of LINQ. - Significant experience with designing and implementing relational databases using either SQL Server or Oracle. This should include comfort with designing table schemas as well as with developing typical database objects such as stored procedures, views, triggers, etc. - 2+ years of experience with executing software development projects using the Scrum process. - Willingness to continually learn new technologies in order to keep pace with emerging trends and market dynamics. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in various contexts and situations. - Strong organizational and time management skills, such that they can juggle multiple threads of activity without “dropping the ball” on any of them.
