RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate with project team and 3rd party vendors in designing,
implementing, testing and enhancing integrations between Workday (HCM) and
internal applications and 3rd party vendors like Payroll, Benefits,
Recruiting, etc. Day to day job includes performing tasks associated with
developing integrations into Workday HCM. The successful candidate will
create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and
system process designs and document the functional design.
• Define and execute testing strategy and plans for all Workday systems
integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using problem
solving skills to provide optimal solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team on projects and
issues.
• Monitor progress of tasks against plan and communicate status regarding
issues.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience working in IT/HR Business
Systems
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Workday custom integration tools
experience: EIB, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect (Core Connectors) Document
Transformation. In particular, experience configuring and testing
integrations between WD and PeopleSoft, payroll systems and 3rd
party/custom solutions.
• 2 years’ experience in ERP web service integrations (i.e., API’s, SOAP,
WSDL, XML, XSLT)
• Understanding of functionality within Workday HCM and Finance.
• Knowledge of SOA design principles, common ERP integration design patterns
• In-depth knowledge of Workday’s integration technologies and
implementation methodology.
• Certified in Workday Integrations
• English : Fluent
PREFERRED
• Workday certification
• Payroll and Finance experience
• Experience developing integrations with: PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Taleo,
Google, Amazon or other SaaS.
