*Job Summary*
Reporting to the Development Manager, the Salesforce developer will be
responsible for SalesForce.com development & maintenance projects.
This is a hands-on role focused on identifying, planning, coding and
implementing new Salesforce.com features and functions, (new screens,
workflow, APEX code,
Visual force pages, objects, reports, etc.) based on our customers' needs.
The candidate will be part of our customer projects to develop practical
solutions through existing and/or new application systems technology and
will be responsible
for the development, testing and ongoing support
*Responsibilities*
Gather business requirements and translate to systems solutions.
Complete administrative and customer facing configuration work for a new
SFDC application.
Troubleshoot SFDC & related tools to address production systems issues.
Work with other business application team members to ensure complete
systems solutions.
*Qualifications Required / Preferred*
*Education:*
4 year college degree + /or Graduate Level degree in Computer Science or
Application Engineer concentration.
Work Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of related work experience.
• Must have a solid understanding of the Salesforce application
• Experience with Service cloud, Sales cloud, and Force.com
• Solid development experience with Visualforce and APEX
• Candidate needs to have a detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com
architecture
• Experience using Salesforce.com data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector)
• Experience writing SOQL and SOSL queries
• Experience with data integrations to Salesforce
• SalesForce 201, 401, and 501 certifications preferred
• Development skills in Java, SQL, and HTML
• Some familiarity with Siebel CRM data and Oracle Service Bus
• Collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required
• Solid communication and troubleshooting skills
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
• Team-oriented but able to work autonomously
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain deadlines
• Familiarity with Agile release cycles
