Your task area includes:
- Represent Quality Systems function in the site implementation of the
SAP ERP system.
- Realization, administration and further development of quality
processes in SAP in alignment with Quality Systems processes
- Manage close coordination with the cooperation of Quality Systems
Management, IT and operations.
- Supporting the interface between SAP and Quality Systems Software
- Work with functional key users to update ERP related processes and
procedures to reflect SAP workflow.
- Plan and realize in-company SAP training for department users
Desired Expertise/Experience:
- *GMP / ISO 13485*
- Development or updating of necessary quality procedures to support
SAP implementation in line with GMP and ISO 13485 compliant quality
management system.
- *SAP QM Module: Definition and Implementation*
- Definition, testing and rolling out of the quality function of new
or major change in SAP ERP. Minimum for normal operational
support of SAP
QM module
- *SAP SD, MM, PP, WM, GTS Modules*
- Leadership of implementation of new system or major change to SAP
including these modules preferred. Participation as a team member or
practical operational experience with the modules.
- *Quality Systems Experience in a controlled environment*
- In-Vitro Diagnostics or Medical Device preferred, will consider
pharmaceutical or defense
- *Quality Systems Software*
- Experience defining and implementing or using Quality Systems
Related Software for Documentation Control (e.g Grand Avenue), PLM (e.g.
Arena), NCPR, CAPA, etc, either stand-alone or interfaced to SAP.
- *Procedure Development *
- Experience developing and/or updating ERP related quality
procedures and processes to reflect SAP workflow.
- *Train Key Users *
- Plan and realize in-company SAP training for department users"
- *Multifunctional Coordination*
- Manage close coordination with and cooperation of Quality Systems
Management, IT and operations.
Qualifications and Capabilities:
- BS or higher in science or engineering.
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience
- Independent, Goal Oriented Self-directed individual who can drive
toward goals with only high level direction
- Team player, cooperative individual with strong interpersonal skills,
who is willing work to help others succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
