*Job Description:*
Responsibilities:
*• Design, Develop and Test reports in any of Crystal.*
*• Provide Production Support and Coordinate with Development, DBA, Oracle
(for OBIEE) and SAP (For Crystal) for any product related issues.*
*• Provide development and production support of Sales and Commission
reporting system.*
• Co-ordinate with internal and external technical resources.
• Provide technical resource support for users for reporting tools.
• Manage operation of Crystal Report Server.
*Required Skills:*
*• Minimum 3 years development experience with Crystal *
*• Expert with Crystal Reports with 2 years production experience
developing and supporting Crystal.*
*• Expert knowledge of SQL.*
*• Ability to troubleshoot issues to resolution.*
• Ability to design and configure solutions based on changing business
needs including development of requirements, functional specifications, and
design specifications.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple activities, or projects.
• Excellent oral, written and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and training skills.
