1- Train the users to use demantra demand forecasting and design the demand
forecasting process.
2- Create an automatic nightly process to perform inventory balancing as
the first step before generating recommended orders to buy from vendors.
3- Create a demantra editable series (field) to store product management’s
forecast
4- Add the ability to make 1 warehouse the source of items for another
within demantra. pcs does not have this capability. automatically create
resupply orders to satellite warehouses within demantra.
5- Phase in / phase out enhancement: link old item number with “deplete &
do not buy” to new item number in table for correct purchasing.
