Need Local & USC,GC,EAD GC Only Scope: Jazz Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution, which consists of Rational Team Concert, Rational Quality Manager, and Rational Requirements Composer. The CLM solution implements an end to end application lifecycle management solution from requirements gathering and elaboration, to code development, and quality validation. The solution is unique in the industry by providing traceability through the lifecycle based on the Open Service for Lifecycle Managment (OSLC) standards. Deliverables: The CLM solution ships 3 times a year. Version 6.0.1 will ship during 4Q of 2015 and version 6.0.2 will ship in early 2016. The resources covered in this request will develop software to support these and future releases of the CLM solution.
