*They must have 8-10 years of developing oracle databases and have worked
on a project where they upgraded from 10g to 11g. *
*The candidate must have strong communication as they will be interfacing
with clients and not heads down developing** the whole time. Also, the
candidate should have* extensive 10g and 11g experience.
* Must-haves*
-*At least 8 years** of experience developing** Oracle databases*
*-Previous experience upgrading from Oracle 10g to 11g*
*-Previous experience analyzing, designing, and implementing large projects
related to Oracle and PL/SQL*
-Strong experience with *Control M, Subversion, Unix Shell scripting,*
performance tuning
Plusses
-Batch scripting skills are a plus
*Day-to-Day *
*Client is looking for an Oracle Developer to work with the database
developers to optimize the clients' databases and complete an upgrade from
10g to 11g. *
*The Oracle Developer will interface with customers and fill in gaps and
provide solutions. *
*This person will report to the Development Manager for the Corporate
System Reference Data Workstream**.*
This position will focus on Reference Data and will improve both the
quality of data as well as the Architectural components that store and
distribute this data
