Title : Business Analyst with WMOS
Location : Tennessee, United States
Duration : 6+ Months
Required Skills :
. The WMOS consultant must be comfortable working in a fast-paced
and demanding environment, able to multi-task across several projects
simultaneously, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills to be
able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical resources
alike.
. Experience with WMOS version 2010 or higher
. Manage and escalate defects, risk and issues appropriately.
. Manage, interpret/understand and communicate all deadlines and
concerns on project timelines.
. Accurately provide a project team's metrics to management on the
progress of the project.
. Participate in requirement review sessions and provide insight to
current functionality and system architecture.
. Resolve system issues on a timely fashion and help with root cause
analysis and come up with creative and innovative ways to resolve production
issues on a timely manner.
. Coordinate with Manhattan CSO to close production issues
. Provide testing support during the testing phase, and help in
troubleshooting issues that come up in testing
. Must possess knowledge on SQL and basic UNIX commands. Shell
scripting experience would be preferable.
