This will include DMC claims from California counties and providers directly contracting with the State that are currently adjudicated by the Short-Doyle/Medi-Cal (SDMC) system with related payment and tracking provided by the SMART accounting system, and provider certification tracked through the PRIME and SMART 6i systems. These are systems built on the .NET platform, including (for SDMC) the BizTalk engine, using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases, and (for SDMC) using the EDIFECS engine for validating, processing, and generating HIPAA EDI transactions. *Mandatory Web Design Requirement:* Minimum of three (3) years of experience;Client side UI development using HTML5/CSS3; Development experience with Responsive Web Design & Web Accessibility; Javascript development; Mandatory .Net General Experience Requirement: Minimum of five (5) years of development experience in .Net framework V3.5 and above using C#.
