Description:
“Ruby on Rails Developer”. The resource should have strong experience
in ruby on
rails, Java script, MySQL, etc.
Responsibilities:
· Perform technical analysis, technical design, and development of
applications
· Mobile integration with iOS and Android apps
· Work on Product Development teams to build APIs for the web and
mobile apps
· Works with projects teams and systems analysts to translate
technical requirements into optimally coded solutions
· Conducts unit tests ensuring system meets the needs of client
and business based on technical documentation
· Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous
integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards)
Qualifications
· BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related
field required
· 7 or more years of software development experience required
· 3 or more years of development experience in developing
applications with Ruby on Rails
· Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as
JavaScript, HTML, CSS & JQuery
Experience and Skills
· Minimum 7 years strong Integration And EAI implementation with
at least 2-3 years in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
· Nice to have: Healthcare vertical experience
· Knowledge of Ruby toolkit for the GitHub API.
· Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful
