Title : Hadoop Engineer Location : Sunnyvale, CA, United States Duration : 12 Months Primary Skills (Mandatory): · 4+ years' experience operating Hadoop services, preferably in a large-scale production environment (1000+ Nodes cluster preferred) · Experience monitoring, troubleshooting and tuning services (specifically HIVE) and applications · Strong experience working with standard Hadoop ecosystem components and applications such as MapReduce, HDFS, and Hive. · Experience extending standard HIVE capabilities is strongly desired. · Experience running and troubleshooting Java applications. Java programming background is required.
