WebSphere Commerce Consultant for a support role; support experience
would be ideal but are open to WCS Developers who are ok with a
support role.
•Must have basic Oracle SQL skills and be able to troubleshoot.
•Must have excellent communication skills as this role is highly
visible to business and client stakeholders
•Incident management and Root Cause analysis
•On-call on a rotational basis
•Work with the development team and LT to address any escalations or
attend to any risks
•Need to have a sense of urgency in every activity
