-At least 5-6 years of experience in Project Management on custom
development projects and Mobile App. Dev. on iOS / Android (Native & Hybrid)
-Handle Requirements meetings and compile a detailed functional
specification for the project
-Act as Scrum master with a focus on guiding the teams and managing the
overall project
-Sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos
-Work closely with the product owner and keep the backlog groomed
-Liaise between the developers and User Experience/Visual Designers. Foster
better communication across discipline
-Create and maintain agile KPIs for tracking and reporting
-Ensure cross-team and remote (offshore / offsite) team coordination and
manage client expectation
-Experience as an agile lead with the ability to evaluate and communicate
pros / cons of the development team’s approach and impact on the project
schedule and deliverables
-A good understanding of available mobile application development
environments and tools, device limitations and challenges
-Experience with mobile application development platforms/frameworks/tools
such as Cordova
-Experience with some of the following: JavaScript, HTML5,
JSON/Rest/XML/SOAP/Data web services
*Nice to have::*
-Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our product team, and ensure that
our ways of working are consistent across the teams
-Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third
parties or between our team and other scrum teams
*Familiarity with::*
-Mobile application development platforms/frameworks/tools such as Kony,
Xamarin, PhoneGap, jQuery Mobile etc.
-JavaScript frameworks experience (AngularJS, JQuery, others)
-Native mobile app development (Android, iOS)
-UX design techniques (wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes)
-Responsive / Adaptive / Touch UX design & development (Android, iOS,
HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)
-Performance profiling techniques and tools
