-Responsible for engineering Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions
for globally dispersed businesses, personnel and customers.
-Works with IAM architects, application developers and vendors to build,
configure, test and implement IAM solutions that meet the business needs of
the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies
and plans.
-Responsible for engineering IAM solutions using SailPoint Technology,
working closely with IAM architects, vendors and business managers to
interpret and apply business requirements and IAM designs to IAM solution
development.
-Responsible for engineering solutions to ensure that SailPoint services
perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies and comply
with applicable information security requirements.
-Integrates SailPoint solution with in-house and third party applications
for birthright provisioning, request approval and fulfilment,
deprovisioning, custom workflows etc.
-Leads activities to troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint complex Workflow ,
Business rules and IAM migration problems.
-Performs and/or leads IAM technical support and development, including
monitoring and responding to server events, ensuring data replication,
gathering IAM statistics, and performing general maintenance by working
with Level 2 and/or Level 3 operations personnel.
* Responsibilities::-*Interpret and apply development skills to build IAM
solutions to support globally dispersed businesses, personnel and customers
*-*Work with IAM leads and business IT managers to understand business
requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that
influence how IAM solutions and services should perform and operate
*-*Engineer solutions to ensure that identity and access management
solutions and services perform according to defined processes, meet defined
policies and comply with information security requirements
*-*Develop technical IAM solutions, engaging during the lifecycle of
solutions delivery, service owners, architects, project managers, global
infrastructure teams, regional IT teams and key IAM product vendors
*-*Integrates IAM systems with in-house and third party applications for
provisioning, identity authentication and systems resources authorization,
developing connectors between IAM tools and systems resources
*-*Work with application developers and IT operations to develop, test,
roll out and maintain enterprise-wide IAM solutions and services
*-*Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as
developing and executing test plans / scripts and resolving deviations or
exceptions, for newly developed and/or enhanced IAM solutions
*-*Work with the broader IT security, risk and compliance organization
(ITSRC) to interpret policies and standards, ensuring policies and
standards are properly followed by new and existing IAM solutions
*-*Contribute to evaluation, selection and configuration of IAM products
and services from vendors
*-*Support in troubleshooting and resolving complex authentication,
authorization and integration problems
*-*Identify opportunities and outline action plans to improve how existing
IAM solutions are implemented
*-*Lead and/or execute of daily, weekly and monthly support activities to
maintain the overall global IAM environment, in coordination with IT
operations and regional IT teams
*Qualifications::-*7+ years of IT solution development, configuration,
testing and implementation experience with IAM products
*-*Experience interpreting architecture, designs and business requirements
to develop and implement IT security solutions that span multiple
technologies, businesses and geographies
-5+ years’ experience engineering, configuring and implementing Identity
and Access Management (IAM) platforms, solutions and services along with
source code management
*-*5+ years of hands-on SailPoint connector development experience with
both out of box as well as custom connectors
*-*Experience with integrating SailPoint with Active Directory ,MS
Exchange, Office 365, Databases, RACF, Top Secret, SAP, ServiceNow, WorkDay
etc., for access provisioning and deprovisioning
*-*Experience with the programming languages such as: Java, Bean
Shell/JavaScript, JMS, JSF,JSP/Servlets, SQL, Spring framework.
*-*Experience with the web technologies: XML, HTML5, REST,SPML/SOAP, IBM
HTTP and Websphere
*-*Experience with Databases (Oracle, MSSQL )
*-*Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
*-*BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
*Solid knowledge and experience with leading IAM vendors and products
including but not limited to:: *
*-*Identity management (SailPoint)
*-*Role and Data Mining (SailPoint)
*-*Strong programming and scripting skills
-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of
management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions
-Hands-on experience troubleshooting IAM solutions and services
*-*Can dissect complex situations and guide teams to focus on most critical
tasks
*-*Well organized, with good attention to detail
*-*Good communication skills, both written and oral

solution development
