This potential candidate will be a business analyst on Identity and Access Management program and is responsible for the successful implementation of the solutions business processes. Experience with supporting or implementing a IAM program • General working knowledge of global privacy laws and how they apply to business. • Understanding and application of industry practices and how the concepts, practices and standard can be incorporated into business. • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies. • Participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. • Ability to assist in the successful completion of IT business projects. • Ability to drive process based on data privacy and security policies and standards. • Ability to understand relationships between complex information systems and document data flows and applicable security controls. • Experience using PowerShell to administer Azure AD and other O365 service offerings • Experience managing certificate services in O365 • Experience administrating on premise AD and LDAP • Experience with Windows Server 2008 and 2012 R2 • Experience with any of the following: o CA SiteMinder FS o CA Layer 7 o CA Identity Manager o Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Server o Microsoft Certificate Authority • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key.
