*Job Description:* NOTE: These contractors will be part of our internal User Experience (UX) team that consists of both full time employees that are certified in UX and contractors. Since they will be working as part of a team and they will be engaged in user research with internal employees, soft skills are going to be critical. They need to be team players, good communicators and able to integrate with people on our team. The ideal candidate should have the following skills as a minimum: • Human Factors International (HFI) training and certification, Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or CXA desired. • Experience in Information architecture (IA) • Experience in user research and persona development • Experience in wireframe to high fidelity prototype development • Experience with i-Rise prototype design a plus • Experience with heuristic review techniques • Experience in Agile development environment • Experience with the Scaled Agile Frame work (SAFe) a plus • This position is for a User Experience (UX) analyst/designer. • Candidate must have experience with user research, persona development, information architecture, wireframe and low to medium fidelity prototype development, huristic reviews, task flow analysis, contextual inquiry and usability testing. • Must be capable of working independently as part of a larger internal UX practice. • Must demonstrate a solid working knowledge of user centered design principles and UX best practices.
