*Job Description:* *We are looking for a senior level iOS developer who has passion for mobile solutions and is self-motivated. * - He/ She will collaboratively work with other member of the development team both onsite and offshore (remote/different time zones). - He/ She will provide quality estimates on new development features and focus on reducing technical debt. - He/ She will be in-house expert on Objective-C and related software(s) and help setup as well as follow best practices including automated testing and continuous integration builds and automated releases. - He/ She will collaborate and contribute to the design, architecture documentation and end to end implementation of all solutions related to the mobile platform including backed systems supporting the front end app(s). - He/ She researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business. - He/ She manages and assists in troubleshooting the most difficult and mission-critical technical problems. *Qualifications:* - Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience. - 7+ years of experience in Software Development/programming in agile and iterative projects. - 2+ yrs. in Objective C coding (latest versions). *Technical Skills:* - Must be experienced in developing native iOS apps on a service-oriented platform - Must be experienced in publishing apps to Apple Store. - Must have strong programming and debugging skills with Objective-C including SQLite, Core Data , synchronous and asynchronous code, web services , JSON and XML parsing, in App Purchases, push notification. - Must have a solid grasp of client-server architecture. - Must be experienced in GIT and ALM tools, - Must be experienced with Unix/Linux and scripting in shell scripts. - Knowledge of SWIFT a plus - Experience with OpenSSL and SQL Cipher encryption libraries a plus - User interface design skills and iPad app design a plus - Ability to work with Microsoft Office suite of products desired. *Other Skills:* - Must be proficient at authoring design and technical specifications and presenting at formal reviews. - Must have a sound understanding of software development and maintenance processes and methods, project management principles and techniques as they relate to software project planning, implementation, and others. - Must be willing to participate in automation of build and release of the Apps including automated testing and continuous integration builds. - Must be experienced in working with distributed team members. - Must have the ability to be self-directed and interact with technology team. - Must have the ability to handle stressful situations and work in an agile environment. - Must have the ability to work across different time zones, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. - Must have a desire to mentor junior software engineers. - Must have good verbal and written communication skills. - Publishing domain is a plus.
