*Job Description:* - The biggest thing that is missing from the candidates we have spoken to so far is experience from both a time perspective and breadth of stack. It's important that candidates have a few years of experience in web application development and not just web development. - Web development will typically consist of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Web application development will use those as well as use frameworks like *Angular.js, JQuery, Backbone, Ember*, etc. - And although any good dev should be able to learn the ins and outs of these frameworks, someone with a few years of web app development experience will only need to learn the specific framework and tools we are using instead of how to correctly implement or utilize them. So people that might have things on their resume like *SaaS or cloud based development* experience would have what we are looking for. As far as breadth is concerned, we need someone that is comfortable with the items mentioned above as well as all the way down to the back end like database experience as well as server setup and maintenance.
