Qualifications and Previous Experience :
1. Must have 4+ years of degree relating to one of the areas - Information
Management, Information Technology, Law, Compliance or Business Administration
2. Must have 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
3. Must have 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst on Governance, Risk &
Compliance programs in large corporation
4. Should have 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst on Information
Security initiatives
5. Previous experience as management consultant is preferred
6. IIBA CBAP certification is a big plus
7. Information Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, GIAC are pluses
8. Governance, Risk & Compliance related certifications are pluses
9. Previous experience in the Entertainment industry is a plus

1. A confident and polished approach to leading teams in a dynamic environment
2. Ability to manage the dynamics and politics of a matrixed environment
3. Ability to develop and leverage strong customer relationships
4. Strong organizational skills
