*Job Description:* *Must have: Need experience developing Native Mobile Applications in Objective C (iOS) or Java (Android). **Qualifications:* *Bachelor’s Degree* • 6+ years of experience in developing system applications to solve business problems • Solid technical skills in using mobile technologies and related program languages (e.g., JAVA Java/JSP/J2EE or any other Dynamic Web Technologies, preferably J2EE, HTML5 and CSS3, iOS and infrastructure related to iOS/Android) • Ability to map and translate business process or concepts into technical requirements and vice versa. • Experience in business process definition, requirements definition and technology solution research, requirements definition and design specifications *Experience: *7+ Years • Solid experience in testing methodologies using standard tools/utilities, for developing and supporting applications; • Solid experience following a Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Development Methodology when developing systems. • Experience with technologies using protected health data and / or validated technologies (preferred) • Excellent communication (written, verbal & presentation) and meeting facilitation skills. • Mobile Marketing, Mobile Health, Mobile Device, Mobile Education related experience or past projects (preferred) • Commercial experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals industries (preferred) • Goal oriented, task driven decision-making with a strong sense of accountability • Ability to work collaboratively • Demonstrated experience in innovative thinking *Position Overview:* • Attend and contribute to challenging meetings & discussions with cross functional global representatives including sales and marketing professionals • Help to manage the expectations of key stakeholders (i.e. balance their needs with wants and educate as appropriate). • Work collaboratively with business partners and IT business managers to assess the mobility requirements to the proposed technical architecture solutions.
