They are looking for team players with strong C.S. background, experience with continuous integration and agile delivery, very strong reasoning and problem solving skills, and a proven record of delivery on major software projects. • Degree in Computer Science from a top tier school • Superior Reasoning & Problem Solving Skills • Product Engineering Background • Test Driven Development experience • Front-end development experience • Would consider candidates with back-end (J2EE) experience as long as they’ll do front-end work • Dev Ops experience using Jenkins or Code City a plus • MUST have Agile • Critical Thinking Skill Are MOST Important • Must understand not just how to write code but why they are writing it and how it impacts the entire systems.
