*Service Now Developer*
Candidate will need to possess strong technical skills and should have
broad and extensive hands on experience in the following areas:
*-Service Now ITSM application -ITAM (IT Asset Management) -Discovery -SAM
(Software Asset Management) Hands-on, extensive experience with CMDB
(Configuration Management Database) design, management and configuration
along with technical proficiency in SCCM is required*
*Service Now Developer will assist with:*
•Hardware reconciliation
•Compare to other sources, determine missing devices, analyze why they are
missing, enter resolution ticket
•Analyze software discovery
•Software coming in from all devices. Cleaning up software records when
devices are retired or decommissioned.
*Reporting;*
•Work on software reports so that they run more quickly. Setup reports for
all device classes. Create reports for metrics and other ITAM monthly
reports
•Write a procedure that updates location on CI records
•Evaluate duplicate CIs within CMDB and provide a solution
•Optimize the discovery schedules for laptops.
•Conducts the analysis, design, programming, evaluation, testing and
implementation of computer systems programming application activities.
•Develops and writes business applications computer software. Develops
statements of problems and requirements, designs systems and programs, and
writes programs in computer language for solution by means of data
processing equipment.
•Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software subject matter to be
programmed in business applications, information processing techniques, and
uses information gathered from system users to develop software.
•Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles
documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to
resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data
acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
•Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Requires 3 to 5 years
relevant experience.
