Title : Business Analyst Location : New York City United States Duration : 6+ Months Required Skills: • Minimum 5 Years Experience in overseeing small scaled, complex projects, comprised of a small number of deliverables and/or a small number of phases. • Minimum 5 Years Experience in coordinating and delegating the assignments for project staff numbering up to 10. • Minimum 5 Years in Focal point of contact for providing project status, meetings, reporting requirements, scope changes, and issues and concerns raised by consultant staff • Minimum 5 Years Experience Analyzing system requirements. • Minimum 2 Years Managing Project Implementations. • Minimum 5 Years Experience working with Government (Federal, State, City) social service agencies in complex IT environments. • Minimum 5 Years Knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access • Knowledge of Visual Basic a plus.
