This position manages, performs, and coordinates installation, maintenance, and monitoring of purchased applications The person in this position has responsibilities that include: Software installation and maintenance; partnering with customers and users of the software; analyzing requests and application changes; mapping and designing software system integration; and providing metrics reporting and statistics.
