*Job Description:*
Core TIBCO BW,EMS, Administrator is a must.Strong workingknowledge in BW
5.x/6.x and EMS 6.x/7.x environments.Strong working knowledge in adapters
namely, iSeries(AS400), JDBC.Strong UNIX skills.
Reviews and provides input to business requirements and technical
design/architecture documents.Participate developments prints and engage
daily tasks with Program Manager, Developer Lead,Infrastructure teams,
Database team and Business Analyst.
Able to coordinate with onshore and offshore development & System
administrator teams members.
Ensures SysAdmin best practices and standards are followed that are
produced by EA and Integration team.
Ability to do troubleshooting.Coordinates with System Admins for code
review, deployment and migration.
Works very closely with 3 rd party technical teams.
Job Justification:Requires strong TIBCO BW/EMS sysAdmin skills.
Need close working with TIBCO developers,Infrastructure teams, D&I teams,
Security teams & Vendors.Global point of view needed on development& name
standards OASIS deployment and migration.
Global point of view needed on managing global development and their
management.

A solid smart TIBCO sys admin will be a good start, but any of these techs
will lock it down. and the final kicker...They would love a contract for
hire person.
