*Position ::: Guide wire Consultant Location ::: MA-Massachusetts/BostonDuration ::: 6+ Months* *Job Description::* 2 Job opportunities in Boston, MA. Looking for a Lead and Senior Java Developer with Guidewire experience. *Job Description:* Senior - Java EE, Guidewire Claims Center Development, interest in predictive modeling *Project:* • The implementation of several predictive models as defined by our advanced analytics team. • These predictive models will interface with our Guidewire Claims Center platform and provide enhancements to various aspects of our claims handling processes. • This individual does not need to be an expert in data analytics to fulfill the requirements of the role. • They need to be able to understand the models, perhaps provide some suggestions or commentary on the way they work and implement them. • As such, very solid programming and software development skills are most important. *Responsibilities:* • Realize business objectives by implementing enterprise software solutions. • Apply technical expertise to challenging programming and software design problems. • Work as a key member of an agile software development team. • Conduct complex impact analysis. • Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release. • Participate in the development of guidelines, standards and best practices. *Qualifications:* • BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. • Generally 4+ years of professional experience. • Strong enterprise-level software development experience in an object oriented language, preferably Java/J2EE. • Solid programming discipline: unit testing, fault tolerance, data structures, complexity analysis, object oriented principles, design patterns, etc. • Hands on experience with TDD and Unit Testing Frameworks (e.g. JUnit, TestNG). • Understanding of data storage and retrieval using relational and NoSQL databases. • Understanding of rules engines (DROOLS or similar frameworks). • Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architectures and shared software concepts. • Experience with open source frameworks. • Experience using Source Control Management Systems (e.g. RTC, Git, SVN, ClearCase). • Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc…) is preferred. • An evident appreciation of current and emerging technology trends. *Highly competitive applicants will have the following:* • Familiarity with statistical modeling and advanced data analytics. • Familiarity with machine learning techniques (e.g. SVM, Neural Networks, Deep Learning). • Guidewire development experience. • JavaScript development experience. *We are going through Prime/Preferred vendor for this position... * Regards, Nikita Tyagi (Technical Resource Specialist) *RAMY Infotech Inc.* ...consulting redefined *5201 Great America Parkway Suite 320**, Santa Clara* Phone : 408-317-9256 x 312 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Developers" group.
