-Customer focused with a strong commitment to managing timelines.
-Demonstrable skills at handling multiple high-visible projects.
-Understand service levels and meeting or exceeding on a monthly basis.
understanding components of application integration for quick resolution.
-Managing input queue of service requests within target date.
-Responding to critical service interruptions as quickly as possible to
reach resolution and eliminate downtime.
