*Job Description:*
*Eloqua experience is required.*
Responsibilities:
* Produce system design documents for review by senior technical teams.
* Create process flowcharts on marketing processes.
* Own and iterate any documentation as requirements change.
* Execute / deliver in-system changes to key processes and integrations,
with a high degree of accuracy.
* Complete test scenario suites during process rollouts, ensuring failures
are escalated to Management.
* Trace and solve ad hoc issues & escalations through resolution, ensuring
appropriate updates to important stakeholders.
* Note-taking and issue tracking in all meetings, as assigned.
* Weekly communications to project teams.
Required Skills/Experience:
* 2-3+ years experience in marketing technology, marketing systems
infrastructure.
* Relevant BA/BS degree.
* Strong analytical skills and comfortable with large sets of data.
* Experience implementing wholesale process changes within one or more
departments.
* Experience working with CRM systems (salesforce.com, Siebel, SAP,
Oracle).
* Experience with Marketing Automation systems, ExactTarget, Eloqua.
* Expert knowledge of marketing and data quality best-practices.
* Deep understanding of sales process and marketing/sales hand-offs.
* Skilled in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution
design and data modeling.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Team player, able to work with global cross-functional teams.
* High energy with the ability to work well under pressure and tight
deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
