This role includes technical design/development, configuration,
maintenance, administration and integration of the Remedy platform.
Provide solutions that are highly scalable, extensible and easy to
maintain, while being frugal with system resources and keeping the overall
end-user experience in mind.
*Essential Functions:*
• Support our Remedy 7.x and 8.x production and development systems
• Plan and develop Remedy customizations as required to support our business
• Assist with system maintenance and upgrades
• Assist with the management of internal software releases using Remedy
*Qualification Requirements:*
• 5-7 years of Remedy development experience
• Good knowledge of Remedy system architecture and ITSM
• Must have good technical knowledge and be willing to learn
• Good oral communication and writing skills
