· As a Communications Technician, you will be responsible for
installation and repair of complete systems at the client site.
· Previous hands-on telecom experience is required.

possess patience and an innate ability to prioritize projects.
*Desired Skills and Experience:*
· Maintenance and installation of major telecom brands is a must.
· Knowledge of Mitel products is a plus
· Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers
· Perform software upgrades on voice systems and applications
· Complete daily time logs and associated paperwork
· Technical sales support when needed
· Computer troubleshooting skills
· Ability to perform pre-sales surveys, for both onsite and remote
locations
