• Perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with business process owners/SMEs for support and
development activities.
• Coordinate with technical team.
• Prioritize incidents.
• Proactively identify issues with the application
functionality / configuration.
• *Requirements gathering.*
• Estimate the effort and timelines for enhancements.
• Create/update functional specifications.
• Application configuration changes.
• Prepare test data for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Functional Testing.
• Track metrics, Service Levels Compliance and Reporting.
