Client has an immediate opening for an experience Business Systems Analyst
with strong Process Documentation and Governance Definition capabilities.
In this role you will be called upon to lead the collaboration necessary to
create the governance strategy and documentation to deploy the strategy for
the clients Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
*Competencies/Responsibilities include:*
- Ability to drive conversation with end users to determine functional and
technical requirements
- Ability to create documentation that can be accessed and followed by any
involved individual within the organization
- Participate in meetings with business stakeholders to document/workflow
scope and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate, provide feedback, and partner with Digital Asset team,
marketing unit, and other involved parties
- Supporting the digital asset workflow within the eCommerce and Marketing
departments
- Implemented total quality management techniques to improve data
integrity, maintain metadata standards, and streamline workflows
- Analyzed usage patterns and user-search trends (Requires Solid Excel
Skills - Pivot Tables required)
*Required Skills/Responsibilities:*
- Must have a go getter attitude
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Will be required to discuss with vendors
- 5+ years of business analysis experience
- 3+ years of experience with consumer goods industry
- Strong Requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Stakeholder negation exp
- Workflow and Business process Documentation exp
- Prior experience defining a method of governance for workflows
- Quality assurance/testing knowledge or experience
- Must be efficient in Excel - pivot tables
- Must have experience with Adobe suite
- Strong communication skills about a proven ability to think creatively
- Previous DAM tool implementation experience is a plus
