Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* *Cerner Testing Coordinator* *Project Location* *Flint, MI* *Duration* *6+ months* *Mode of Interview: * *Telephonic Followed By Skype* *Primary skill sets required:* *Priority Requirement!!!* *Duties of Position:* · Contribute to the creation of test plans and test script. · Collaborate with SMEs, cross-functional analyst teams execute testing strategy. · Leverage own and Cerner system knowledge to mentor leads, SMEs and analysts during test script development and testing activities. · Actively contribute to the execution of Unit, System, Integration and Regression Testing phases. · Assist in the development of Cerner specific testing process and standards. · Document pass/fail and associated required remediation according to standards. · Identification of defects, issues and concerns encountered during testing. Work with clinical, business, and program leadership to prioritize defect resolution. · Drive value of all test activities from project initiation through production deployment · Monitor exit/entrance criteria and signoffs which demonstrate adherence to process and quality assurance · Assist Project Leadership with management of test execution including regression testing · Assist Project Leadership with the coordination of all activities and all testers during each testing phase · Drive defect resolution during testing · Records testing status on an ongoing basis · Takes responsibility for the production and approval of all testing deliverables and achievement of testing milestones during a project · Provides technical coordination all activities and all testers during each testing phase of iterative releases · Collaborates with clients/users and senior staff as required to define the testing strategy to be employed for development projects · Utilize testing knowledge and experience to assess and advice on the practicality of testing process alternatives · Ensures that any risks associated with the agreed test strategy and the system test plan are clearly documented and described to the clients/users and colleagues · Quantifies and qualifies input from resources and stakeholders into technical testing dependencies · Monitors integrations for impact to testing strategy current product developments and trends in testing · Communicate effectively across technical and application teams · Participates in program meetings as needed *Desired Qualifications: * · 3-5 years of experience directly testing Cerner applications · 3-5 years of experience with Cerner Unit Testing, System Testing and Integration Testing Phases · 3-5 years of experience with test process and lifecycle management preferred · Healthcare IT background required · Knowledge of tools, techniques and best practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and associated processing, company technology practices, standards and procedures · Proficient in MethodM/Project Portal and Test Script Builder · Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and MS Project · Motivation – Self-motivated, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision · Strong organizational skills: Ability to organize work in order to meet weekly schedule of activities, ability to track, prioritize and handle multiple activities with a high degree of interruption · Excellent written and verbal communication · Attention to detail: Is thorough and ensures that responses to queries and problems are complete and accurate *Regards,* *Bhavya Maheshwari, * *Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist* *Email:- bha...@tekshapers.com <bha...@tekshapers.com> * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Developers" group.
