*Job Description:: *The role would be for design and architecture of service-now itsm/ppm application. the architect will work very closely with itsm process architect, ppm process architect, business analysts, it architect, it support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of servicenow platform are in a controlled and predictive manner. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise of servicenow technologies. The role requires the candidate to be a hands on architect. *Responsibilities:* •Understands technical and functional design requirements for servicenow •Provide high level design and technical solutions for servicenow implementation •Architect integrations with servicenow using ldap, trusted sources for sso, mid server, web-services, email and other relevant technologies •Design and architect servicenow cmdb and discovery jobs •Design and architect automation workflows using servicenow orchestrator •Understands the workflow engines •Create prototypes for client engagements •Understanding of ppm module •Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions •Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards •Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas •Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively •Deliver technical design documents •Manages a team of offshore servicenow developers •Promotes active listening with team members. •Contributes appropriately to conversations. •Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow employees. •Assumes additional responsibility without being asked. •Encourages fellow team members to make innovative contributions and embrace new ideas. *Required qualifications:* • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, master preferred • At least 8+ years of experience in implementation and design of itsm platforms like bmc remedy, hp servicemanager or servicenow • At least 4+ years of experience in design and implementation of servicenow automation platform • The candidate should be trained in itilv3 foundation certified • Experience with javascript, xml and xsl stylesheets • Able parse xml schemas • Understanding of software as a service *Regards, Rashmi Singh(Technical Resource Specialist)Ramy Infotech IncPhone: 408-317-9256 Ext-334 Fax : 408-273-6834Email: rashmi.si...@ramyinfotech.com <rashmi.si...@ramyinfotech.com>Note: We are working with prime vendor (One Layer between) for this position. * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Developers" group.
