to face Job Description::  *-Day to day job responsibilities: Our client is
looking for an IS Integration Expert. This person will be the owner of most
of the Middleware systems and applications. This position is key to the IS
organization and requires a candidate who possesses the leadership skills
to coach and mentor, coupled with project management and development skills
to be able to handle any integration related development projects.
-Specifically, need experience supporting MQ Series, IBM Message Broker
6&7, and IBM DataPower. Development is done in Java/J2EE on Unix/Linux.
-Since they are replacing a highly respected full-time member of the team,
this position will have some initial political hurdles. Candidate needs to
be able to handle themselves and strong enough to stand up for their ideas.
-This is a LONG TERM contractor position, but there is potential for it to
go permanent. Since they are looking for someone great, would also consider
someone who could commit for as little as one year.
-Candidates need to have great communication skills.
*-Technical Environment: *J2EE, Oracle, MQ, Message Broker, Web Services,
JMS, Hudson, DataPower, Talend, Apache

*Must haves for the position:*1) Strong Middleware experience including MQ,
Message Broker, and DataPower.
2) Experience working with distributed teams
3) Java development skills (okay if been out of the weeds for a little bit,
but need ability to be hands on developer…do not want people who are just
“thinkers’ and managers.
4) Senior level skills
*Pluses for the position: Why: *Talend and Apache. Agile and Scrum
experience
