- A technical consultant focuses on the technical deployment of cloud-based
solutions that meet clients’ business needs, primarily the installation of
the service now tool.
Responsibilities:
- A technical consultant is responsible for requirement scoping,
configuration of the tool, application of programming techniques to develop
robust solutions and attaining technical milestones throughout the
engagements.

- Project:  to fulfill technical development and configurations according
to client requirements
- Client:  to educate and negotiate the right technical solutions for your
clients; advising on options, risk and impacts on business processes and
technical architecture.
- Experience: to deliver a positive and value-add experience for your
clients in every interaction.
- Project: following-up on outstanding client needs and provide timely
status reports to project manager.
- Financial: to assist in the scoping of new opportunities and to design
tools and techniques to deliver efficiently;
- Quality: to ensure each artifact produced, each configured technical
component, and all personal interactions are of the highest quality;
- Delivery: communicating technical problems and solutions to both
technical and non-technical audiences

- Sales: to generate additional opportunities within your projects;
- Delivery: to fill technical roles in your projects, should the need arise;
- Networking: to expand ’s network outside of your
accounts.
- Methodology: to contribute tactical and impactful tools, techniques, and
methods to continuously improve ’s technical delivery;
- Public space: to represent  partners in peer organizations, media,
publication, speaking, and other channels.
*Experience preferred*
- General consulting: one year preferred
- Service management: one year preferred
- Platform configuration: two plus years of platform configuration
experience with a demonstrable portfolio of multiple platform successes
*Reporting structure*
- Reports to: team lead, technical
- Direct reports: none
- Indirect reports: none
*Job details*
- Hours: to match client business hours appropriate to the program
- Travel: primary and secondary responsibilities are provided remotely with
possible light travel at customer request
- Client interaction: this is a direct client-facing role requiring primary
interaction with client architects, client technical resources, and client
process owners
- Specific deliverables: requirement configuration detail documentation by
the team, work-effort estimation

*- Servicenow certified system administrator required*
- Servicenow certified system implementation specialist preferred
