Rally, onshore-offshore coordination is required.
Onshore Tech lead with excellent hands on .net, sql experience able to
handle development in .net in an Agile project.
Coordination with onshore client team, onshore team with other vendors and
offshore team.
Providing status and raise issues in daily stand up call to scrum master.
Should be able to independently handle work packets and provide regular
updates to PM and scrum master.
Should have knowledge of Agile scrum teams work methodology
