*Location : * *IN-Indiana/Indianapolis* *Duration : 12+ Months* *Skillset Requested:* -AIX (Beg to Intermediate) - 3 years -Windows (Intermediate) - 3-5 years -BPM 8.5.5 (Advanced) - 5 years -WebSphere (Advanced) - 5 years -SQL Server (Advanced) - 5 years -DB2 (Advanced) - 5 years -Business Process Management Framework (Advanced) - 3-5 years -Unit Testing Methodologies (Advanced) *Duties* Incumbent works in the Department of Child Services Child Support Bureau (CSB) IT Office and performs the work of a Business Process Modeling (BPM) Developer for the current Indiana Support Enforcement and Tracking System (ISETS) and also for the future Indiana Verification and Enforcement of Support System (INvest) applications. Incumbent typically reports to the Application Systems Analyst and Programming Supervisor, Application Systems Analyst and Programming Manager, or higher level staff. Representative duties include: • Confers with department management to assist in planning, organizing, and controlling activities for highly specialized technical areas; • Confers with user community to provide analysis to formulate and define system requirements, scope and objectives, establish priorities, and monitor progress of information systems in highly specialized areas; • Devises or modifies procedures to solve highly complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results; to obtain maximum computer utilization; • Prepares detailed specifications, design, and technical components from which application software will be written; • Prepares and conducts unit test planning for complex system; • Designs, codes, test, debugs, and documents new application software programs and/or makes enhancements to existing application software programs, of all levels; • Executes and monitors that task conforms to standards, policies, and procedures; • May use case tools and/or application development software tools; • Monitor application software systems to ensure proper execution and performance; • Provides complete documentation for new or modified information systems and/or application software programs, including operational procedures and manuals; • Assist, direct, train, monitor, and coordinates the work of less experience application software developers and/or application system analyst staff; and assist with development of difficult and highly complex programs; • Performs other related duties as required. Job Requirements: • 6-8 years of technology relevant development experience; • Advanced knowledge of IBM Business Process Designer V8.5.x; • Advanced knowledge in modeling simple and complex business process definitions; • Advanced knowledge in developing and using integration services (Webservice integration, Java integration, Content Integration); • Advanced knowledge in using, building, configuring and developing advanced integration services, implementing decision gateways and events, UCAs, Human Services and Coaches; • Advanced knowledge in developing and using toolkits, process simulation / testing using Process Inspector; • Advanced knowledge in process simulation / testing using Process Inspector • Advanced knowledge in Java (minimum V7, higher versions preferred); • Advanced knowledge in SOA – Webservices (WSDL/Schema Design), XML Parsers; • Advanced knowledge and experience in web development skills (JavaScript, JSP, SQL, JQuery, logic flows, User Interface development, HTML, Ajax services); • Advanced knowledge in features of BPMS in the context of process, applications and solutions; • Advanced knowledge in best practice recommendations and design patterns in process applications; • Advanced knowledge in testing, troubleshooting, critical analysis, and reporting skills; • Thorough knowledge of change management processes and experience of build and deploy process; • Thorough knowledge of information systems design principles and new systems design techniques; • Thorough knowledge of policies, standards, procedures, and techniques used for application development; • Ability to perform problem solving and analytical analysis; • Thorough knowledge of application development software tools and application development software languages; • Thorough knowledge of both system and business applications and competent to work at the highest technical level and/or specialized area; • Ability to visualize opportunities to consolidate and make best use or reusable process components and minimize cost of construction and maintenance of process applications; • Ability to estimate skills for work (tasks) to deliver user stories: implements process flows, services, business logic, and user interfaces (coaches): builds KPIs, SLAs, and scoreboards: implements organization model and task routing policies; • Ability to deploy process applications and toolkits to runtime environments (DEV, TEST etc.); • Ability to contribute to the overall alignment of IT delivery to the needs of the business; • Ability to review and assess impact of proposed technologies; • Ability to work independently under general direction; • Ability to manage multiple application development software projects or existing systems and related priorities; • Ability to read and understand complicated technical manuals; • Ability to establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with others; • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to numerous audiences (including senior management), develop relationships inside and outside of IT, deliver difficult messages and technical recommendations; • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. *Regards,Upendra Nath(Deputy Resource Manager)Ramy Infotech IncPhone : 408-317-9256 Ext-311 * *Please Note: Due to high volume of calls, I may miss your call, email is the better way to reach me.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Developers" group.
