Mastery of scripting tools and command line tools.
Tuning IIS to improve performance.
Working knowledge of J2EE and C#.
Plan a high-availability solution that uses clustering services.
Plan a high-availability solution that uses Network Load Balancing.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities.
4+ years of Experience in System Administration and Operations experience
on Windows and Linux platforms.
SQL and HTML authoring skills.
