·        MQ / MB  functional and technical knowledge
·        Hands-on experience with MQ / MB administration
·        Hands-on experience with SAP MQ adapters and web Spheres MQ
·        Experience implementing and customizing MQ / MB  software

*Experience Required*

*Roles & Responsibilities*

·        *Exposure to MQ/MB Admin role for 8-10 years.*

·        *Should be able to install/configure/manage the Wesphere MQ
clusters/WebSphere Message Broker in Linux/AIX/Windows environments.*

·        *Must be strong in MQSC scripting/shell scripting.*

·        *Automation of routine jobs and Broker/EG/Flow tuning & analysis
of MQ/MB infrastructure issues.*

·        *Experience in WMQ/WMB product upgrade/migration in different
environments and JMS/SSL certificates/MQ client installation/configuration*

·        *Support application teams in the use of MQ and in problem
determination and interface with IBM support. *

·        *Should have installed and configured IBM MQ/ MB.*
·        *WebSphere and MQ Message Broker working and hands on knowledge
are a must.*
·        *Message Broker debugging skills are must. *
·        *Certificate installation, Patch work, MQ administration tasks in
clustered environment are must.*
·        *How MQ is used in B2B gate way , BAM, MQ and MQ MB in
active-active clustered environment in multiple data centers spread across
the globe*
·        *Clusters  in different data centers ,the sender channel ,
receiver channel, recovery of a corrupted repository, cluster queues*
·        *In depth knowledge of SSL and signed certificate method,
installation, configuration  and debugging*
·        *Deployment procedure of MQ and MQ MB , BAM.*
·        *Should have production support experience of minimum 6-8 years*.
·        *Very good at onshore and offshore team driven approach to support
service delivery best value to clients*
·        Must have exposure to debug problems and drive for getting root
cause of the incidents related to MQ environment.
·        Exceptional focus on Incident management and problem management
·        Review changes for impact; implement changes with 100% success.
·        Should work as active team member and collaborative.
·        Should be able to write shell /perl scripts, decode existing
scripts and modify as per requirements.
·        Focus on system stability and deliver SIP's.
·        May not be in shifts however providing 24x7 supports on need
basis.
·        Actively measure system status pre and post changes.
·        Ability to drive changes independently and Take decisions.
·        Performance review for changes.
·        In-depth knowledge of system / subsystems and its integrations.
·        Should be able to mentor team members and build team under you.
·        Status reporting to Onshore Delivery Management.

·        Able to work with demanding customer
