Participate in peer design and code reviews. - Should be an expert in understanding business requirements; transform that into functional design documents (MD50) and Technical design documents (MD70). - Senior level technical design, development, and testing of Oracle R12 EBS extensions, interfaces and reports - SQL performance tuning, good understanding of OM/AR / Oracle base table structures - Participate in peer design and code reviews - Minimum 7-10 years of technical implementation experience in Oracle R12 EBS suite - Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate across functional and technical lines are critical. - Familiarity with Agile processes is a major plus - Must be able to work independently with limited general supervision. - A strong desire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment. Assists in creating the strategic technical and architectural direction to the programming function. Point of contact between IT and key business users. Plans, conducts and manages assignments generally involving large, high budgets (cross- functional) projects or more than one project. Serves as technical consultant to senior leadership in the IT organization and functional user groups.
