General Experience Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in IBM BPM or Lombardi technology
• Very strong BPM UI development skills including javascript/dojo/jquery
(both coach views and heritage coaches)
• Experience with 8.5 versions of BPM
• Experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex
queries
• Detailed experience in integrating external systems with IBM BPM
• Experience consuming soap web services (XML, XSL)
• Experience with agile scrum methodology
• Some leadership experience a plus
• Experience with Brazos toolkit a plus
SKILLS:
• IBM BPM 8.5 Development Experience – Required 5 years
• High proficiency in javascript and web UI technologies – Required 5 years
• Java/Web Services development experience – Required – 5 years
• Agile experience – Required 3 years
