They must have strong experience in all of these but especially Oracle Financial.* ” *Position objective: Provide Technical leadership of Oracle E-Business (ERP) Modules (Finance, Supply Chain and HCM) * *Essential job responsibilities * Typical work-related activities include: - Perform Technical lead duties for projects involving Oracle E-Business Suite Modules (Finance, Supply Chain and HCM) - Knowledge of Integration with Third Party Payment system and E-Commerce Systems (like Magento) - Communicate effectively and efficiently with ACT staff and clients - Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions regarding programs and services. *People Management Responsibilities: * *? *Individual Contributor role *? *Team Leader (leads team activities, either functional or cross-functional; no official people management responsibilities. *? *People Manager (has responsibility for hiring, performance management, work assignments, and compensation planning of assigned staff) *Minimum Qualifications* *Education: * - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems. - Excellent knowledge in understanding various Oracle E-Business Suite Modules and their Integrations with various Third party systems. *Experience:* - 10 years of related experience required. *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * - Analyzing business processes. - Thorough understanding of technologies such as; J2EE Application Servers, Workflow Servers, Web development, Oracle products including; RDBMS, Discoverer JAVA, JavaScript, SVN, and Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Forms and Reports developer, Oracle Application Framework, XML Publisher, Integrating Oracle EBS with external Tax software - Enterprise integration strategies and technologies. - Managing stress effectively. - Proficient in relational database design. - Supervision and leadership of professional staff in a team environment.
