*Job Title* Senior Business Consultant *Project Location* Nyc NY *Duration* 6 months /Contract * Skills Required and Job Description:* MOI:-Telephonic + Skype Senior Business Consultant with Wealth Management *Must Meet the Requirements Shown Below * The Senior Business Consultant may be involved in the strategic planning of an engagement or helping the client make decisions about their future IT direction. Once a project has begun, the Business Consultant may assist in facilitating key requirements with stakeholders and customers using standard and User Experience techniques. The Business Consultant may be responsible for functional designs, detailed designs and system mapping, wireframes, requirement specifications, and prototypes. The Senior Business Consultant works with the Lead Business Consultant and Senior Project Managers to assist with daily operations exercising time management, communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The Business Consultant will interface with Perficient technical and business delivery personnel, as well as vendors and customers on a regular basis. *Responsibilities:* - 10+ years *goals based wealth management, knowledge in financial analysis and planning tools such as Money View Pro, LifeView* - Experience in onboarding process for financial advisory, managed accounts - Knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds, 3rd party manager products and integrating those products in financial advisory/managed accounts - Knowledge in compliance and supervision process of advisory/managed accounts - Knowledge in client communication (welcome books/kits, ongoing account updates, regulatory mailings) of advisory/managed accounts - Strong experience in a senior business analyst role, with ability to interface with business/product teams, technology teams and user experience teams in defining the platform/product requirements - Strong knowledge in basics of efficient user experience, user interface design - does not have to be a designer, but should be able to talk intelligently with UX designers - 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst with Financial Services and experience with Security Lending Systems. - Senior Business Analyst with experience with business requirements and test scripts, providing support to Project managers. - The resource does not need project management experience, but does need experience with Security Lending systems and concepts (e.g. Global One, Loanet, Equilend, Pirum, etc.) - Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner. - Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams. - Contributes to project discoveries, kickoff, prepare proposals and statements of work following company standards. - Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams. - Works with customers and internal Creative teams to establish approved wireframes and mock-ups for solutions - Assists project team to establish high, mid, and micro level plans for project team. - Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria. - Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met. - Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans as well as assist with test execution. *Qualifications:* - 8 years of professional business analysis experience. - 8+ years’ experience working with *Securities Lending* - Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. - Experience working in the consulting industry. - Understanding of complex Internet based enterprise level applications. - Experience working in an Agile environment. - Track record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting client commitments.
