IBM BPM- 3+ years (5+ years preferred) (EXPERT)
• SOA & Integration - 3+ years
• IBM BPM 8.5.x - 1+ years
• Process, rules & deep IBM BPM solution skills
• Design & Implementation of IBM BPM
• Java, JavaScript, VB.NET, PHP etc... - Should have strong programming in
mulitple high level languages
• Generalizing & Codign Process Rules - 3+ years (EXPERT)
• identifies and designs repeating people-oriented process-based patterns
(for re-use in process applications
