Ok, I just tried to do what is necessary here in order to tell you
that pressing q while you are in the emacspeak info system will quit
and put you back into the buffer you were in.  There should be no
mention of a read-only buffer, even though this is the truth, the
buffer is read-only.  

Now, to get to the dired page, you need to do this: 

First, press c-h i to get into the info system.  
Second, press m for a menu item and write out emacs.  
Third, you will need to enter another m and then dired.  You will be
there.
