I am a member of the Oralux list:
I am inn very bad trouble! I have got a brodband connection and
have to send mails through googlemail.
But they need authentication for me to send mail. Earlier this month
Lucas Loehrer (?) suggested a set of lines for the .emacs file but
added that
It needs the current versions of
smtpmail.el, sendmail.el and netrc.el.
He offerred to send his copies to somebody on the list. Could you
either post this on the list or request him on my behalf to send the
files to
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
I tried to send via my wife to send him a letter, but the address that
appeared on his post is fictitious! It was [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I will try to send this to you and send a copy to my wife who will
forward it to you.

PS: I have not been able to access emails at gmail because they need
ssl connection and my machine does not respond well to my new vm
settings:
