Hello,
I appreciate the suggestion, but as of this point I don't believe it did me any good. I don't suppose it is possible to patch the ISO file with the new drivers/kernel? I am very much interested in finally getting Oralux to work, which is something I have never been able to do.
Much appreciated,
Zack.

Hello,

In fact, there were recent updates for the Realtek drivers in the
Linux kernel; they will be available after 0.7 alpha though.

With 0.7.5, you may want to try at boot prompt:
knoppix noapic acpi=off

Cheers,

Gilles

Bonjour,
Les drivers Realtek ont été récemment mis a jour dans le noyau
Linux. Ils seront disponibles apres 0.7 alpha.

Avec 0.7.5, en cas de plantage lors du boot, vous pouvez tapez a
l'invite du boot:
knoppix noapic acpi=off

A+
Gilles
